Our Story

For many years, Courtney Sterchi cleaned houses to supplement her income. Nine years ago, she began cleaning the hair salon where she worked after the owner became unhappy with their previous cleaning company. Once others saw the quality of her work, another local business requested a one-time cleaning. That opportunity quickly turned into a weekly service relationship that has now lasted for more than seven years.

While working full-time as a bookkeeper in a position that did not offer benefits, Courtney made the decision to focus on growing her cleaning business. Her vision was never just to create a profitable company. She wanted to build a business where contractors and employees feel appreciated, valued, and fairly compensated for the important work they do.

Today, Courtney manages four part-time contractors and continues to grow the company, including securing the largest contract the business has landed to date. Her goal is to continue expanding CJS Cleaning Solutions LLC into a full-time operation known for dependable service, strong relationships, and quality work.
